Transforming Haldiram’s traditional visual language into a modern design system built for scale relevance and future audiences

Discovery & Strategy
Working with a brand as iconic as Haldiram demanded deep respect for its legacy while also challenging its visual comfort zone. The first step was understanding where the brand stood culturally visually and commercially and where it needed to go next. Our approach focused on evolving the brand without disconnecting it from the trust and familiarity built over decades.
We studied their existing print communication brand tone and audience behavior to identify gaps in modern appeal especially for B2B stakeholders and younger decision makers. The goal was clear to retain heritage while introducing a sharper more contemporary design direction that could work seamlessly across print branding and large scale distribution.
Creation & Deliverables
The creative execution focused on building a new generational design language for Haldiram that felt premium clean and adaptable across formats. Brochures and print materials were redesigned with stronger layout hierarchy refined color balance and modern typography making the content easier to consume and visually impactful at first glance. Every piece was created with real world usage in mind supporting both internal circulation and large scale B2B outreach while staying aligned with Haldiram’s operational scale and brand credibility.
A major part of this work included the transformation of Haldiram’s B2B communication and annual Thali Festival creatives. The new age B2B brochure was developed to support distribution and corporate outreach across Nagpur including D Mart Ram Coolers and other institutional partners using clear structured storytelling to communicate scale quality and professionalism. For the Thali Festival we designed coupons gate posters pamphlets and supporting print assets that brought together multiple regional cuisines under one cohesive festive visual system while allowing each cuisine its own presence resulting in high visibility stronger engagement and a refined on ground experience.
