Terms of Services
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by TNMZ Media Pvt Ltd operating under the brand name Z Transform Media.
By accessing our website or engaging with our services you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree we recommend discontinuing use of our platform or services.
Our services include but are not limited to

All services are offered based on agreed scope timelines and commercial terms.

Payments and Invoicing
Payments are strictly governed by the agreed proposal quotation or contract.
Key Points:
→ Advance payment is mandatory before project commencement unless otherwise agreed
→ Milestone based or monthly invoicing applies where defined
→ All invoices must be cleared within the specified due date
→ Delays in payment may result in work pause or access restriction
All payments once made are non refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate a project or service engagement subject to the agreed notice period.
Please Note:
→ Work completed up to the termination date will be billed
→ Advance payments are non refundable
→ All intellectual property created until termination remains governed by the original agreement
Z Transform Media reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non payment misuse or breach of terms.
Confidentiality
All information shared during the course of a project including business data creative assets strategies and internal discussions is treated as confidential.
Both parties agree not to disclose or misuse any confidential information unless required by law or with written consent.
Intellectual Property
All creative work designs content and materials produced by Z Transform Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon completion of payment ownership rights are transferred as defined in the project agreement.
Reuse resale or modification without consent is strictly prohibited.
Limitation Of Liability
Z Transform Media shall not be held liable for
→ Indirect or consequential losses
→ Business losses due to third party platforms
→ Delays caused by client dependencies or external factors
Our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
For clients based outside India both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussions and mutual consultation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 of India. The seat of arbitration shall be Nagpur Maharashtra India.
Subject to the above courts located in Nagpur Maharashtra India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
This clause applies irrespective of the client’s country of residence or place of business.
Changes To Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
